Does Little Wolf & Lion co. guarantee its products?
Absolutely! We are 100% committed to making you happy. While we make every effort to ensure your article arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen. If you are unhappy with the products you received, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form. We will do our best to take care of you!
How can I exchange/return?
We want you and your pup to be thrilled with our products! However, there are a few exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Personalized items: These are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
2. Design preferences: We don’t accept returns or exchanges based on personal design preferences.
3. Multiple sizes for fitting: Please avoid ordering two sizes of the same item to try on. This makes it hard for our small business to manage returns. We may not accept return requests for sizing issues. However, if you have sizing issues, we are more than happy to help you find the perfect fit.
For all other items, simply contact us by filling out our contact form with your reason for returning within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Defects
If you discover a fault with the article(s) you have received, please contact us right away with images of the defect. We will send a new one to you right away!
